This update brings several performance upgrades, with heavy nbt checks removed, and also fixes some long term and short term bugs.
- Multiple nbt and other checks moved into predicates
- Rain damage for blaze doesn't apply in hot biomes anymore
- Overworld check moved to predicate
- Helmet check moved to predicate
- Abilities no longer burn in daylight with fire res effect
- Fix shulker armor not resetting on reset
