The pack is now way more balanced than before. Some buffs where VERY strong.
- Added more level-up moves for Pokémon that needed them.
- Added and replaced abilities for some Pokémon.
- Reworked almost every stat buff.
- Removed a bunch of overpowered stat buffs. Check 'changes.txt' for full changes.
