KS Enchantments patch n°5 for minecraft 26.1.x

Fixed solar, lunar and osmosis not being mutually exclusive with each other and with mending and recycling, all of them are now mutually exclusive.
Added some testing features for future enchantments, those won't affect survival gameplay.
