- Added option to set a chance for a 2nd Wither Skeleton Skull to drop from killing Wither Skeletons (similar to 2nd Shulker Shell drop)
Fixes:
- Parched, Wither Skeleton, Camel Husk, Nautilus, Zombie Nautilus not dropping loot/heads
