Potion Enchantments

V 1.0.2:

• Changed and Improved the way all effects are applied. They are now the way they were before but fixed mainly the regenration, which makes all effects (including regeneration) work properly. Also fixed the conflict where the same effects applied using commands would get removed due to the way they were coded. They are now given for 60 seconds and constantly refreshed but this do works now. while in the first version this was the same method but it didn't worked then. but it does now but even better even faster.
