Project-wide optimization (server and client), attempting to increase the mod's performance where it can.

Balance:

Reduced Arcane Potion's Magicule percentage heal to 5%-10%-20% but now can be brewed with Hipokute Potions and Demon Essences.
[Infinity Prison]'s Imprison now costs 50.000 MP + MP equal to the prisoning target's EP. (Configurable)
[Gluttony]'s Predation EP consume is now 50%. (Configurable)
[Gourmet] and [Predator]'s Predation EP consume is now 30%. [Gourmet]'s Corrosion EP consume is now 30%. (Configurable)
[Starved]'s Corrosion EP consume is now 20%. (Configurable)
[Reflector]'s Echo Counter now wont disable the user's flight when mastered.
[Magic Aura] now gains mastery overtime when the effect is active and elemental modes now will require mastery to use.
[Shadow Motion]'s Shadow Storage now won't work on Clones/Bodies.
[Spatial Domination]'s Dimension Ray now gives the user -50% Speed when held down and Dimension Storm didn't work properly.
[Aura Sword], [Ogre-sword Guillotine], [Agility], [Protection], [Strength], [Reinforcement], [Float], [Lighten], [Invisible], [Healthcare], [Search Enemy], [Wind Protection] now gain mastery passively when the effect is active on the user.
Players now cannot use [Possession] while controlling a clone.
Hinata's Melt Slash now does half damage as before.
Hinata and Gazel now won't be affected by Infection in their last phase.
Increased Arcane Potion price.

Added "Female Feature" for Dwarves.
Increased Dwarf Village spawn rate.
Smithing Bench is now minable with hands, and primary tool as axes.
Magic Engines now show their area of effect in blue when using Hitbox Debug mode (F3 + B).
Charybdis Core is now waterloggable.

Abilities could be activated during sleep mode.
[Giantification] didn't work well with Slime Cores.
Infection was still counted for [Abnormal Condition Resistance/Nullification].
Few skills could copy Spiritual Magics or Battlewills when not supposed to.
Training Dummy crashed when healed.
Subordinate/Mount GUI crashed sometimes.
Rimuru mode didn't gain [Merciless] with default forced harvest festival.
Unlearnt casting from spell casting items could be done regardless of chant time.
Naming could leave the owner in negative Max Magicule.
Player subordinates killing mobs gave the gained souls to their owner/namer without [HardcoreRace] gamerule.
Kyoya didn't spawn with his swords.
