Pack update to 2.0.4!

Overview

Complete overhaul of the pack for Create 6.0.8
Added hostile Pirate Ships in Oceans (uncommon due to oceans being on their own islands) and Pirate Airships (very common)
Added Copper Armour, Tools, Copper Golems and new Copper and Tuff block types (Copper Age Backport)
New biomes. complete with trees, food types and mobs
Certain mobs will now plant trees, grass. and giant mushrooms!
New fruit types - pineapple plants, grapes and blueberries
New Create-themed structures
