Arcana Novum

This are mostly bug fixes that I needed to get out for my upcoming project. A 1.21.5 version will happen at some point, how soon depends on whether I migrate my new project to it or not.

• Tracking and Ensnarement Arrows are now required for Overly Equipped Archer
• Fixed many typos
• Greater Blindness now has a vanilla replacement of Blindness (#22)
• Fixed a Crash Bug with the Vengeance Totem
