Remove all items from the following blocks if you are upgrading a 1.21.4- world: Arcane Singularities, Radiant Fletcheries, and Spawner Infusers

Mojang changed the item component data storage format and decided to not run their datafixer through the general itemstack codec and only though chest and inventory contents so it ends up bricking the stored books, arrows and Soulstones in the above blocks.

• Updated to 1.21.5
• Wandering Traders with Arcane Notes now have their own unique note pool
• Wandering Traders with Arcane Notes now buy Stardust for a random quantity and price, the price of notes is now higher and randomized
• Added new Commutative Transmutations for the new flora, as well as added Conventional Tags to existing transmutations for inter-mod compatibility
• White Dwarf Blades now activates in 0.15 seconds instead of a normal shield's 0.25 seconds, but it only blocks attacks in a 60 degree cone instead of 90
• Drastically sped up performance regarding the Continuum Anchor (and edited its lore entry to reflect the new chunk loading changes)
