final improvements?
- gave the ancient arrow a little more pizzazz. it's a little cooler.
- fixed signal arrows falling weirdly after their signal expires (desync)
- fixed ancient arrows losing their killing intent by spawning in unloaded chunks
- fixed ancient arrows never having gravity, even after initial starfall
- fixed enchanted arrows calling multiple ancient arrows
