- Added config options to change the default cooldown for all weapon types.
- Added a config option to disable the chime's secondary ability to heal. The effect applying will not be affected.
- Added a config option allowing spirit candle minions to appear at half size for improved visibility.
- Made spirit candles and firebrands with channeling attacks not cause a reequip animation when they drain durability.
