Changes:
- Added a maintenance task that will shutdown servers that miss
autoShutdownDelaytrigger. The check interval is configurable though new settingmaintenanceInterval. - Added a rate limiter that limits the number of server join requests a single player can make per minute. Configurable though new setting
startRateLimit.
Bug Fix:
- Fixed an issue where servers did not auto shutdown when no players join.
