UI overhaul, clean up and added functionalities.

both modes have now leaderboard at the hub showing player stats

wins/kills/deaths (can change sort for kills and wins)

admins now have control in the UI over each gamemode queue and functions

admins can move players from teams, lock their team selection, kick them from queue.

added deathmatch kits now can be changed before moving or they get queue for next death

added deathmatch votes for maps

added deathmatch vote queues

reworked battle royale pre match

battle royale has infinite amount of teams dynamically created

battle royale now has official solo mode

fixed battle royale ending, vehicles being driven by player don't get cleaned

battle royale ending makes last winning players invincible and disable world destruction

fixed players getting stuck in spectator mode after match ends
