Rework of the Vanilla Minecraft shield. Introducing new Mechanics such as Parry, Arrow Deflect, Bash, Slam and Shield Throw (Along with enchants to expand it's category) Allowing it to be enchantable along with many other QOL Features.

QOL (Quality of Life changes)
+ Added Swift Sneak compatability to Blocking.
+ Added banner support to new Shields
Fixes
+ Fixed damage properties sometimes not being added.
+ Fixed animations sometimes just not wanting to work when on server with high ping.
+ Fixed Arrow deflect to be more Compatable. (and not crash hopefully)
+ Fixed Adding Banner patterns on new shields breaks names (missing lang)
Enchants
+ Added "Active Armor" - Reduces incoming damage by 4% per level while held in the off-hand. [RARE]
