Highlights (this release)

Back totem

• Hold right-click ~1s, then teleport to your spawn point (bed / world spawn).
• 3 uses (durability), visible durability bar, chorus-style feedback (sound + particles).
• Tooltip shows remaining charges (EN / FR strings).

Quicksand

• Powder-snow-style sinking (you actually move into the block instead of standing on a solid cube).
• Sand-coloured fullscreen veil under the HUD so you don’t get the vanilla x-ray effect when the camera is inside the block.
• Damage while your head is submerged, paced over time (not every tick).
• No fake underwater bubble drowning.

Boss Event (minibosses)

• Natural rolls can spawn miniboss-style fights in Overworld / Nether / End, with rarities, scaled stats, team/glow for readability, and dedicated loot.
• Gamerule doBossEventSpawn toggles natural spawns.
• Operator command: /bmc bossevent spawn <rarity> (e.g. common … mythic) for testing.

Commands & mod config

• /bmc / betterminecraft: paginated help, signed help book, subcommands where configured (invasion, boss event, etc. — permission-level gated).
• Mod config screen can open Edit Game Rules (includes Boss Event toggle) — handy in singleplayer.

Localization & optional mods

• Chat / UI strings filled out in English and French for new systems above.
• JEI and Jade remain optional compatibility.

Technical / housekeeping

• Texture folders reorganised under textures/block, textures/item, textures/entity by category for easier maintenance (e.g. fluid, wood, machines, mobs; item tools include bow/scythe textures; a few items like Blink Rod and the melody horn sit under misc).
• General fixes and tuning for a stable beta on dedicated / LAN as well as singleplayer.
