Initial Release!

Known bugs:

• Splatana Stamper is missing dye colors besides purple and white.
• Splatana Stamper's projectile will sometimes slow down when it shouldn't? I can't tell if it's a client-sided bug or it actually slowing down.
• Ballon Chase Block crashes when breaking a block during a chase that isn't the first index.
• Balloon Chase Block crashes when different Blocks with the same index have different float away times.
• Breaking a Balloon Chase Block while the next index set has multiple positions causes a reset loop with Balloons being auto-popped like every tick or something.
