Potato's Chips 'n' Skills

This update introduces breaking changes to the datapack format. Your datapack will need to be updated to match the new format. Sorry about that.

• Add Penchant compat
• Breaking change: The way Lock Group requirements are combined been inverted. It now must be an array of maps, and the player must complete at least one requirement from each map to unlock the lock group. This is analogous to how advancement requirements work.
  • Old:

    "requirements": [{ "a": 1, "b": 2 }, { "a": 1, "c": 3 }]
    

  • New:

    "requirements": [{ "a": 1 }, { "b": 2, "c": 3 }]
    

• Add Skill Nugget item that grants skill points, similar to the Experience Nugget from Create
• Rename Respec Item to Elixir of Rebirth and give it a proper texture
• Add toasts that tell the player how to open their skills and jobs menus when it is relevant
