Features :

• Death inside the safari, a dungeon or any dimension with a timer will now simply kick you out of the dimension instead actually killing you. No more loosing your items in the safari or getting aggro by mobs in the distortion world.

• Changed "allowMultiplePayment" to "allowPaidReentry" in safari_config.json: allowing re-entry, even when fee is disabled for the first visit, allows subsequent visit to the safari (but this time, paid). It uses the same logic as the entree fee (so either one item or cobbledollar amount).

• Added "enableNotification" to dungeon_spawn_config.json: when set to false, it deactivate the notification whenever a new hoopa ring spawns. It's set to true by default (same behaviour as current)

Fixes:

• Fixed a rare crash that happened when the main server thread wasn't able to load the chunks to be deleted when deleting a dungeon. (This behaviour could happen when using optimisation mod or when using Sable)

-Fixed the Distortion Portal sometime not working due to anticheats and vanilla anti-fly, and added some sounds to it. Right-clicking the portal also teleports you in case you cannot walk trough it for some reason.
