Contextualized Encounter Tracking

• Pokémon encounters are now separated by world and server
• Each solo world and multiplayer server has its own independent history
• Your solo statistics no longer interfere with server ones, and vice versa
• Save file structure has been optimized

• /tropiwiki encounters clear only clears data from the current world/server
• No more risk of losing all your statistics with a single command
