Removed spellbook auto-initialization, now requires equipping to load Spell Slots

• This was inconsistent and led to crashing so I'll wait for a fix on Tinkers' end

Fixed bug which broke Melting Pans' mining effectiveness with JEI installed

Changed Affinity modifier extraction recipe to use Shriving Stones instead of Amethyst Shards (in order to fix a recipe conflict)

Removed this mod's ink buckets from JEI since they're deprecated

Added some incomplete Simplified Chinese translations
