A lot of changes, basically a rewrite. Off the top of my head most important ones:

• API plugin rewritten in Java for mod compat
• Existing datapacks should work with some minor changes like:
• Removed AND operator (2 conditions on the same level are ANDed)
• Some new ways to target and manipulate things, check wiki, if unsure contact me
