Delayed Respawn

Features:

• Update to minecraft 1.18
• change timeout file format (you will need to delete the old timeouts.json due to incompatible formats!)
• Add /pardon-death command to pardon the last death of a player
• Add /unpardon-death command to revert the pardoning of a death
• Add /timeouts command to see a list of all timeouts registered
• Add deathTimeout gamerule to specify timeout length in seconds
• Minor changes in localization
• Made timeouts.json more human readable

Fixes:

• Join/left messages are no longer shown when players try to connect with timeouts
• Probably some other bugs as the codebase was heavily refactored
