Updated for 1.26.1.x

Added a prevention for dolphins drying out while unable to move or even worse case when hovering midair after being unsimulated mid-jump

Added a safety air replenish that should near completely reduce any accidental chip damage from if a dolphin is rapidly in then out the drowning/dryout twilight zone

Added a config to enable/disable the drowning and dryout prevention separately as well as to adjust the simulation distance tolerance and the amount of safety air
