This is an EAS addon mod for ProtoManly's weather mod, adding the EAS Block and Transmitter to detect & give out warnings for storms.

ADDITIONS:
Added a new craftable TV, which binds to the EAS block and displays active warnings on its screen. You must shift-click the TV to an EAS block to create a connection, and then place down. There are two channels:

EAS channel, which will relay warnings for the local area.

Weather channel, which will relay a biome-colored map of the surrounding area and a live radar reflectivity painted over the map. It will also relay active warning polygons throughout the server.
EAS Tom voice added for all of these channels, which can be muted by shift-clicking the TV. You will need an internet connection to use EAS Tom.

You can change channels by right-clicking the tv.
