Easy Mob Spawn Control - spawn rate, mob cap, disable bad mobs

1.1.4: Added 'In World' tab that lists all mobs in the a level and shows the amount of each mob type. Added '/easymobspawncontrol gui' command that opens mod screen, so you can free the keybind to use for something else.
