wow that was buggy i think it still is

• Fixed a crash associated with trying to teleport to a player in a different dimension using Cursed Chorus Fruit
• Fixed Cursed Chorus Fruit not actually teleporting the player to Chorus Magnetite (how did I mess up that bad)
• Slightly tweaked the rarity of Upthrust
• Fixed a bug to do with Upthrust applying to incorrect things -Added Fibrous Chorus, a trampoline like block that is currently very inconsistent (I'm working on it ok)
• Added a new Gamerule, but I'm removing it again next version because I didn't mean to add it whoopsie

Heads Up: next version will use Minecraft 1.19.2, and by logic updated fabric versions.
