Damage taken from experience is now affected by difficulty
(Peaceful + Easy is 0.5, Normal is 1 and Hard is 1.5)

expLevelDamage: New gamerule that allows damage to be based on experience level, which is also affected by difficulty. This is set to false by default
(Peaceful + Easy is lvl/4, Normal is lvl/2 and Hard is lvl/1)
