Well a bugfix update is here...

• Fix mini block collisions when there is no ribbon or sparrow.
• Make it so the hovered texture overrides the current preference texture for screen pick buttons.
• Add chests, old chests to c:chests and barrels to c:barrels
• Add chest minecarts to c:minecarts
• Fix compatibility with NeoForge 21.4.84-beta and newer.
