- Added a way to force custom decay rates on all players using the config, primarily intended for public servers
- Added a way to lower player nutrition on death with a config-defined modifier, if the TFC config
keepNutritionAfterDeathis enabled (Although by default, this is set to not change the experience from regular TFC behaviour)
