Changes:

• Dead Bush has been added to the list of items the Item Hoarder may ask for
• Coin Multiplier now works when selling items to the Item Hoarder
• Advertisement skip button changed from default GUI button to a small X button
• Lootbox GUI now shows stats for opened lootbox (NOT RETROACTIVE!)
• P2W Store Special Offers price heavily increased for balancing

Fixes:

• Lootbox Reward GUI firework sound is now controlled by UI slider instead of Master
• Lootbox Rolling note sound is now quieter
• [Dev] Variable settings for local cost/reward/currency/price variables moved to global
