A small bugfix patch for things that were missed for the great refactor.

- Added: Missing Optional Dependencies and their Referral Links. Useful with Carbon Config Mod Dependency viewer.
- Added: Better Indicator for if the Pump has no fluid underneath it.
- Added: Internal API for custom recipe List synchronization
- Added: Config to boost Quantum Suit modules a bit.
- Added: Text Scroll into the wiki
- Changed: Switch from CarbonConfig Version 0.1 to 2.0.0 (integrated version to the dedicated mod). This shouldn't break stuff
- Fixed: Duplication/Void bugs with ic2c inventories.
