FIXED:

• Several glitches in players' balances where they had denominations of credits in odd decimal places
• /pay and /reward weren't listed in /econ help

ADDED:

• Command to gift admins/console/opped players balance without having to /give them hubandecon:<insert monetary-denomination item here or /pay them: /reward
  • An added, mandatory reason argument helps server admins keep track of this command usage in player logs, and is also logged client-side
