Just a lot more enchantments

Fixed some issues Reworked Cold aspect enchantments, advanced and supreme too now they apply the freezing effects before the damage is calculated that way enchantments as Ice Breaker will have full effect on the first attack. Added a new enchantment, Natural Blocking Natural Blocking should now properly have an incompatibility list and follow configuration values. Added upgrade items that allow you to upgrade your enchantments to advanced, supreme and even to a rune levels. Items must be added by modpack creators since those are not added in any loot table right now.
