- Updated description and writing perspective.
- Removed khaos' accidental, permanent fall damage immunity.
- Tweaked Indifference values from (77%, 22, 1) to (83%, 1/4.4, π)
- Gave powers upgrades dependant on achievements.

- Slightly lengthened cooldown (recharge) timer.
- Changed to a charge system, with 3 charges max.
- Added a small chance to not consume a charge.
- Added a small chance to quote Wabbajack.
- Added more wabbajacks
