Lightly Modded Vanilla is simple modpack for playing vanilla Minecraft. It offers large performance improvements, a few visual tweaks, and some preconfigured keybinds and settings.

Where can I change the GUI size?

Located in:
  Pause/Main menu > Options > Video Settings

The setting is labeled as GUI Scale and can be found under the General section.

Where can I apply a shader pack?

Located in:
  Pause/Main menu > Options > Video Settings

From here, click on the button called "Shader Packs". This is located in the left side-panel.
