LAN Player Limit Modifier (LPLM)
This mod allows you to change Minecraft's built-in LAN player limit of 8. This includes but is not limited to the Essentials Mod which when hosting, also uses this built-in limit.
LAN PLAYER LIMIT MODIFIER
Also known as LPLM, this mod allows you to change Minecraft's built-in LAN player limit of 8. This includes but is not limited to the Essentials Mod which when hosting, also uses this built-in limit. This Mod also has ModMenu support (OPTIONAL) to configure the player limit. No other players need this installed, only the host does.
MOD SUPPORT
If the config cannot be accessed using ModMenu, the configuration file is located in the instance root then /config/lplm.json
This Mod has only been tested on versions:
- MC 1.21.1 (fabric loader 0.17.2)
- MC 1.21.8 (fabric loader 0.17.2)
- MC 1.21.10 (fabric loader 0.17.2)
- MC 1.21.11 (fabric loader 0.18.4)
26.1+ when?
I'm not sure when I will have a version for 26.1, as there are multiple things I've hit a wall on. One of these being: a decent amount was changed from 1.21.11 to 26.1, but also because Carpet has not updated to 26.1 yet, and I use Carpet to add "fake" players to my game since I'm not insane and don't own 8+ Minecraft accounts to actually test the limit with real accounts :P
