Lucky TNT Mod

Additions:

• Present Drop TNT: Christmas Special
• Present Block: Destroying it will cause it to drop Items

Changes:

• All Ores and Ingots are now properly tagged with forge tags to (hopefully) ensure better mod compatability

Fixes:

• TNT Minecart Dispense position fixed
• TNT Minecart Stack size reduced to 1
• TNT Minecarts can't destroy themselves through explosions anymore
• Fixes to ru_ru.json translation file
• Fixed the Colossal TNT recipe not using animatter
• Lucky TNT / Lucky God / Lucky Doomsday being blown up would leave the respecting Block behind
• Right clicking Item Firework with an Itemstack of the size 1 would result in an empty firework explosion
• Item Firework can no longer create Fireworks consisting of Itemstacks with a size larger than 1
