Minecolonies: War N Taxes Addon

• Added WAR_ACTIONS & RAID_ACTIONS.... Admins can enable War participants to do damage in Colonies IN WAR (without getting that Levitation Effect) while maintaining Colony Protection without. War Actions include Breaking/Placing Blocks, Raid Does not include this. Only Entity Damaging.

• Added WarStatistics ; Data can now be read via PlayerData or by command

• Better Chat Logging and Announcements.

• Disconnects are handled properly now. (War/Raid continues even when Party has disconnected)

• Fixed KeepInventoryOnLastLife Feature

• Fixed Raider Death not being displayed correctly.

• Fixed SMShop Balance Transfer - Colonies can go to Debt when No TaxGen to pay off winning Attacker.

• Refactored code for (somewhat) better readability.

• Added Language Support (WIP)
