- Flying blocks will not hurt players that are sitting in an intercept vehicle
- Added an option to turn off storm destruction and chunk loading when (configurable) distance away from any players. It helps with tick lag and memory usage for those who do not care about damage far away.
- Has been tested on multiplayer and singleplayer, things still might bug or break
- For absolutely visual and lag-less weather turn off block destruction and distant chunk loading
