drown_fastworks to fix air going into the negatives (which stoppeddrowndamage from occuring altogether.) alternative_energynow uses the tagedible_itemsfor its tooltips as opposed to a list.- Changed how edible items work in
alternative_energy, making Apugli no longer required.
