More Relics

Fixed the crash with reforgedplay mod

Through the common configs, you can now choose specific relics to be restricted so that only one copy can be worn at a time. Note that certain relics remain hardcoded to a single copy to prevent bugs, exploits, or illogical interactions.

Made in Heaven:

• I purposefully left Made in Heaven a bit underpowered for a few updates after all the balancing nightmares it caused with its old version. Now I'm buffing it a bit so it can still feel special/strong without being broken.

• Acceleration Cooldown 20s ->16s
• Condemn Damage 9->10
• Divine Judgement Damage 80->85
• Divine Judgement Cast Damage Reduction 60%->75%
