Sombrius's Weaponry Redux

Changes: -Daggers no longer show a slash particle effect for stealth attacks -Piercing and blocking properties now come with the weapon tag and can no longer be changed -Parrying Daggers can no longer parry by swinging, only by right clicking -Parrying Daggers from other mods can now parry

Fixes: -Piercing and blocking properties crashing the game when other mods uses them
