Features:

• Universal power condition gate — all power types support optional top-level power_condition + power_condition_mode fields using the full condition DSL

Bug fixes:

• fix: origins with unchoosable: true now properly hidden from the selection screen (was parsed but never filtered)
• fix: Impact codec accepts integer values (0-3) for Origins pack compat
• fix: origin upgrade condition field accepts bare-string advancement IDs (e.g. "condition": "minecraft:story/mine_diamond")
• fix: renamed universal gate field from "condition" to "power_condition" to avoid collision with power types using "condition" internally
