• Added "Input" section to the Spotlight screen. Those fields are not capped, so they can be used to let the spotlight spin for a long time or at higher speeds than ususal

Fixes

• fixed constant packet sending of spotlight blocks
• Spotlight lamp block receives redstone now below the bottom vertical transmitter like any other redstone receiving block
