Circles around every player that show how much hit range/reach every player has. Calculates effective reach based on ping and velocity. For PvP use.

Optimized mod for better experience on servers with a lot of players in one area:

Added config option for maximum circle distance.
Added LOD optimizations. Configurable, on/off and strength.
Rewrote part of the code to optimize CPU usage. (this was not really neccessary as the mod didn't use much CPU anyways, but since I was optimizing other stuff, I also did this.)
