Quarry now detects blocks placed inside the excavation area while it is running and breaks them before resuming normal mining. Previously these were silently skipped.

Configurable quarry size limit. The construction torch pairing distance is no longer capped at a hardcoded 64 blocks — it can now be raised up to 512 in the common config file (maxTorchDistance).
