Revivalix
Adds a simple revival system where death is permanent until another player revives the deceased using a time-consuming recipe or other cruel methods.

Changes:
- Totem of Resurrection activation distance: 3 -> 5
- The levitation that is granted upon revival lasts longer: 1s -> 2s
- New animation for the revival via Totem of Resurrection -> Takes around 5 seconds -> Fancy visual effects
