Way too many Maces

• Further Optimized Pack
• Changed Toxic Particle summon protocol
• Changed some ticking functions using advancement ticking instead of schedule ticking
• Optimized more item detection
• Made Poison and Toxic have poison immunity when held
• Fixed Dash Mace not working cause the library to make it work wasn't available
• Fixed Toxic mace giving the poison effect to the user or attacker
• Fixed the Player Motion library not being imported

Speculations:

• There is somesort of multiplayer incompatibility bug i know it exist but i cant reproduce it.
