Config

• Added a configuration file for the mod.
• Added a configuration screen.
• Can be accessed with NeoForge, or via the Mod Menu mod with fabric.
• Fog is now toggleable in the configuration screen, in addition to the keybind.

Auto-Brightness Option

• Automatically adjusts your brightness based on your current light level. This is OFF by default.
