Initial release for 1.21.8. No new features, only a single bugfix.
- The looting level applied to a mob's drops is the maximum of the thrown golden-cored snowball and the enchantment of the player's held item. (Previously, the looting level of the thrown golden-cored snowball always overrides the held item's enchantment.)
